My flight arrived earlier than expected, and the driver was at the airport to greet us. It was slightly difficult to locate him; however, once I called the company they were able to direct him to us. I booked a private transfer which included a large suv.
The suv was a little dated. The driver was friendly. It would be nice for the driver to have change on hand for tips. I didn't have any change and had to tip him a large bill. The suv for the return trip was much more modern and nicer. I recommend booking with this company. Stayed at Fiesta Americana Condesa. This hotel rates a 10!!! Beautiful resort, friendly staff, great entertainment everyday and night, food was great.
I booked transportation with T. Picked us up at the airport on time and at hotel for return trip. Both drivers, Carlos and Angel were very professional and driving nice vans. Very pleased with all and will use T. Thank you T. Carlos Houston, Texas. We arrived in Cancun in the afternoon, it was very busy and lots of hustle and bustle. We made our way outside where we found our contact, there was a bit of a mix up when we arrived as far as where our driver was but it was quickly remedied and we we were on our way to our resort.
Before entering our vehicle the driver was super conscientious about COVID precautions with all our belongings as well as our shoes etc. He talked about life in the US and how that effected him with his family etc. He was a proud man humble man.
