When you have foils, the colour doesn't touch the scalp. Therefore doesn't go on your skin or bloodstream. So I think they're safe!
I get them and do them on pregnant women all the time. Semi permanents are ok ok the scalp so if you have a toner get them to use a semi toner not a permanent.
