Why does luke say dagobah is familiar

Did anyone know Vader was Lukes father? Did people know Darth Vader was Lukes dad? What is the significance of Luke seeing himself at the end of the Darth Vader fight vision? What did Luke want his mother to talk to his father about? Is there a Dark Side Yoda? A presence in the Force such as Yoda, would be felt by anyone with the slightest Force sensitivity. It may have even been recognizable to someone who had been around it before.
