High pings and lag can be caused by several different factors on both the client side and server side.
In order to help diagnose server lag issues, we request that users perform what is called a pathping in order to trace the route from the server to the client. Users should perform a pathping when they are actually experiencing the lag and high pings so we may receive information relative to the issue.
Open up the Command Prompt window on your computer. It may take a few minutes for the pathping to trace the route of the server to your PC. After the pathping is complete, please copy and paste the results to a trouble ticket on Typefrag. This information will help us diagnose any issues you may be having.
